  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return must be made within 7 days of receiving it order.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
  1. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Please include all original tags, packaging, and accessories when returning the item.

Note: Shipping charges for returns may be non-refundable and depend upon your order amount.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Pays for Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for the return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 10 $ in value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

  1. Damaged or defective items

If your costume arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving the item, and we will offer a full refund or exchange. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged item to process the return.

  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If Orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the item has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
